Srimannarayana (Balakrishna) is a powerful journalist working in a news channel TV6. His colleague (Parvati Melton) loses her heart to him, but he is in love with his sister-in-law Bhanu (Isha Chawla). His father Narayana Murthy (Vijaykumar) forms Jai Kisan Trust and collects donations from farmers. But minister Bail Reddy (Jayaprakash Reddy), bank manager Rajan Modaliyar (Kota Srinivasa Rao), Dr Srikar Prasad (Bapineedu), IG Marthand Rao (Rao Ramesh) plan to swindle the money and consult local don Puli Kesav (Supreet) for the same. They kill Narayana and implicate his son in the murder case and send him to jail.
